Full Job Description

A-1 Towing of the Lehigh Valley is a family owned towing company that has been doing business for nineteen years. We are currently looking for motivated and professional tow truck operators for third shift weekends. We are seeking an individual who would like to pursue a career in the transportation/towing industry who are willing to train with our ideals and succeed in thus business!

Pay is hourly and paid weekly. We offer our employees benefits and uniforms after 90 days of employment! As well as a 401k plan with company matching after 1 year employment. Vacation is offered to employees after 6 months of employment as well.

Job Description:

Light to medium duty towing (wrecker and rollback)
Road service calls (jump starts, tire changes, lock outs, fuel deliveries, etc.)
Assisting law enforcement agencies at the scene of an accident or traffic stop
You will be acting as a representative of this company by providing our customers with an exceptional customer service experience
You will provide the customer with the best possible solution to their problem to get them back on the road or to their preferred destination in a safe and timely manner

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Verifiable straight truck driving experience (CDL not required)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a driving record check
Must be able to pass a drug screen before employment & throughout employment
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Must be able to pay attention to detail for your safety as well as the customer's safety
Must be able to work third shift every weekend
Must be able to work over your scheduled time and/or your days off THIS IS NOT A 9-5 JOB

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic knowledge of cars and trucks
Basic knowledge of cell phone and use of GPS
