Description
Manageportfolio within SWS Chain and Broad Market/DSD Merchandising teams
Participate in monthly meetings with the Merchandising VP/Sales Manager to plan and coordinate planner execution Attend SWS District Manager meetings as needed to drive programs and train
Conduct 1-2 weekly work-withs to train SWS Sales Reps/merchandisers on brand standards
Attend regular GSM to review key programs and brand priorities with sales force Conduct semi-annual trainings for entire sales force
Coordinate in-store Demos as needed
Coordinate market surveys/market visits & put together necessary survey data/information for both chain & broad market
Meet with local team monthly to build brand plan Planner Execution
Manage Planner Program Execution and compliance
Manage execution of brand objectives set by SWS Weekly follow up on planner progress
Provide weekly and end of month recaps toSWS Work with SWS on creating template by chain or broad market account to identify merchandisable locations and display execution expectations per type of program Distribution Execution
Understand all chain and broad market distribution and provide quarterly updated distribution grids by account toSWS Work with SWS to insure speed to shelf for new items
Work with SWS to make sure all authorized items are on shelf, in stock and placed properly on shelf in in cold boxes
When necessary blitz specific accounts to drive/check distribution
Chain Pricing Management (Coordinate chain pricing request forms with SWS) POS Assist
POS market needs Coordinate/manage
POS allocation and coupon execution
Responsible for filling out Monthly CPR and communicating key competitive information With a sense of urgency communicating any pricing issues within 2-3 business days of tags breaking Miscellaneous trackers as needed
