Provide direct administrative support to VP, Franchise Development. Represent the Departments in a professional manner that conveys a commitment to internal and external customer service. Maintain the integrity of the departments by upholding the confidentiality of departmental information.
What you will…
Manages VPs calendars, correspondence, expenses, budgets and schedules appointments. Provides administrative support for the respective teams.
Creates and maintains filing systems, and contact and other databases, SalesForce deal flow and spreadsheet files.
Schedules, organizes and initiates activities such as meetings, travel and conferences, events and all logistical aspects of event and conferences for facilities, caterer, and issuing information or invitations, and controlling event budgets.
Collaborates and acts as a liaison with other departments; composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents for the VPs/MD as directed.
Interacts with Cambria and Real Estate teams and assists in securing and eventually interpreting transaction status updates, third party information (STR, feasibility info, etc.)
Monitor and analyze performance reports for sales and capital deployment.
Skills you have…
High school diploma or equivalent years of experience required, prefer completion of University degree
Knowledge of real estate and/or the lodging business is strongly preferred.
3-5 years minimum experience in performing Administrative Assistant/Analyst responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Excel including creating and manipulating amortization tables, sensitivity tables, other formula.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic math skills with an ability to proof work for accuracy.
Proficient in Word and Powerpoint and present aptitude for other software applications
Knowledge of SalesForce a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced and flexible work environment, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple project requests simultaneously.
Detail oriented and strong organizational ability.
Proven ability to think critically and react proactively.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Travel as may be required (5%).
