Digital Campaign ManagerEBONY is looking for a cross-channel campaign manager to join our Chicago office. The Digital Campaign manager is responsible for execution, campaign management, and fulfillment related tasks that occur pre and post campaign, while also providing exemplary customer service to our clients. This position requires an individual to work well with a team and be prepared for a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Core qualities of the digital campaign manager include attention to detail, analytical, technical, and grit. The ability to work independently with strong initiative skills is critical. You will own day-to-day logistics in the implementing and maintaining of digital media campaigns. This role drives innovation at the campaign level and cultivates key client relationships to deliver to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

CAMPAIGN FULFILLMENT

  • Client-facing main point of contact to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Interface with the client to secure media assets
  • Facilitate approvals for any cobranded assets, including banner creative, social media posts, advertorial etc
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure flawless execution of all elements of paid media campaigns, including:
  • Work with AdOps to ensure the execution and the deployment of both direct (creative assets and tags)
  • Work with social media to ensure all paid social media programs are fulfilled on time and as ordered
  • Work with email marketing to ensure insertions are scheduled and delivered on time
  • Work with editorial to develop advertorial content
  • Work with sales to ensure client satisfaction

SALES SUPPORT

  • Main operational operations point of contact for major partnerships and agreements
  • Lead and enhance client service (reporting deliverables, communication cadence) for major advertisers in cooperation with SVP Sales

REPORTING

  • Experience with Google DFP, specifically pulling inventory and post campaign performance reports.
  • Manage post campaign delivery reports and provide additional reporting needs and analysis to all teams
  • Analyze response rate trends to inform deployment of outbound e-mail and social media messages
  • Strategize with sales and marketing research to find new ways to package data and pitch to potential buyers

REQUIREMENTS

Two to three years of experience, preferably with an agency. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration. Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently. Solid understanding of mathematical concepts. Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure. Strong communication, project management and time management skills. Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
