Digital Campaign ManagerEBONY is looking for a cross-channel campaign manager to join our Chicago office. The Digital Campaign manager is responsible for execution, campaign management, and fulfillment related tasks that occur pre and post campaign, while also providing exemplary customer service to our clients. This position requires an individual to work well with a team and be prepared for a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Core qualities of the digital campaign manager include attention to detail, analytical, technical, and grit. The ability to work independently with strong initiative skills is critical. You will own day-to-day logistics in the implementing and maintaining of digital media campaigns. This role drives innovation at the campaign level and cultivates key client relationships to deliver to meet client expectations.
Two to three years of experience, preferably with an agency. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration. Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently. Solid understanding of mathematical concepts. Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure. Strong communication, project management and time management skills. Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills.
