Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client's needs.
Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives.
Conducts activities in support of project team's objectives.
Schedule coordination and training.
Works closely with Senior Analysts or Team Leads for administrative tasks and team communication.
At least 2 years of professional experience.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Confidence collecting data and interviewing all levels of management.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint.
Effective project, process, organizational and time management skills
Occasional travel required but less than 25% (2-5 days on average per month).
Must be a self-starter and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate event planning activities.
Must be comfortable with quick turn assignments.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a suitability clearance.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma and /or LSS Certification
