Description:
THGD IS seeking an experienced gardener to join our team and help us maintain the gardens of our clients. Our ideal candidate has a passion for gardening, extensive knowledge of plants and flowers, and a commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform garden maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
Install new gardens and maintain existing ones
Plant and care for seasonal flowers, trees, and shrubs
Diagnose and treat plant diseases and pest infestations
Ensure that garden equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working order
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in professional gardening or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of plants and their care
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
