Southern Marsh Collection is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager/ Content Creator to drive engagement across all of our social media channels. This position is responsible for developing and creating content for social media posts and advertisements through the use of video, photography, design, user generated content, contests, and special events.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for creating, gathering, and scheduling engaging content that increases followers, likes, and ultimately traffic and conversions on our website on ALL social media channels.

· Responsible for Ad Creation, especially video ads

· Work with Creative and Marketing departments to brainstorm, plan, and implement social campaigns with the ability to accurately establish timelines.

· Stay updated with yearly holiday and special events calendar, and develop relative social media creative accordingly.

· Regularly research and evaluate current social media trends for the purpose of presenting to our leadership team.

· Track inventory of our current and incoming product catalog and manage promotional social calendar.

· Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of all posts and campaigns.

· Assist in the coordination of our College Ambassador program.

Job Breakdown

· 70% Creating Content for Social Media Posts and Ads

· 10% Engaging with Audience and Fostering Partnerships

· 5% Researching and Analyzing

Job Qualifications

· Portfolio of relevant work is required.

· BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.

· 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Professional or similar role.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects

· Strong creative background, i.e, photography, video, design, writing experience.

· Ability to prioritize, organize and manage a promotional calendar.

· Proficient knowledge of B2C communications and best practices.

· Excellent attention to detail and quality of brand content.

· BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.
