Aon is looking for a Reinsurance Actuarial Trainee
Your impact as a Reinsurance Actuarial Trainee
Job responsibilities / skill set:
Learn analyses necessary to measure costs and benefits of risk transfer products available to our clients. Connect with actuarial colleagues to help learn the different ways Reinsurance Solutions provides value to clients.
Learn how to complete assigned projects accurately using generally accepted actuarial practice and methodologies. Connect with actuarial lead frequently in order to manage the necessary time commitments.
Self-driven to improve any and all technical aspects to an assigned analysis. Follow direction from leaders to drive improvements. Self-driven to improve how to communicate to other actuaries – via written and verbal communication. Follow direction from leaders to drive improvements.
Attend Reinsurance 101/102 Training. Complete actuarial tool training and ReMetrica training. Pass actuarial exams. Specifically goes out of way to schedule time with actuarial lead, to learn more about Aon and the industry.
