Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ability to construct financial models for fundraising and other markets
