We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information from various locations into Excel spreadsheets for mail merging into Word. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that is easily accessible.
We provide thorough training, however, but we expect you to be a quick learner with a base of computer skills in both Excel and Word.
This is a data entry position and is almost entirely computer work. Very limited phones and email work.
Must be detail oriented, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
Will also perform clerical duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year clerical experience and basic computer/technical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Able to type 50 WPM
