Ideal Candidates MUST Have:

  • College degree preferred
  • Self-employment experience preferred but not required
  • Exceptional marketing / sales skills and experience
  • Excellent credit - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Clear criminal background - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Ability to solve problems and multi-task
  • Goal oriented, competitive and deadline driven
  • Job stability - JOB HOPPERS NEED NOT APPLY
  • Either have Texas General Lines Property & Casualty and/or Texas General Lines Life, Health and Annuity licenses OR MUST pass both within 90 days of employment
