Operations Administrative Assistant
Reports To: VP of Operations
General Description: Works as part of the operations team providing clerical and administrative support. Review and maintain records; perform data entry; coordinate and track inbound shipments, packaging material receiving and inventory; assist with scheduling of various activities; edit and create documents, forms and spreadsheets, prepare reports and presentations; produce and distribute both internal and external correspondence memos, letters, e-mails, forms etc.
Qualifications: Must be proficient using the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills including the ability to set priorities, develop work schedules, goals and monitor progress. Must be able to problem solve and apply root cause analysis techniques to improve future performance. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally as well as compose written correspondence and instructions in a clear, thorough and timely manner. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of people in a collaborative, team environment.
Full-time position: Thursday-Saturday, 8am-5pm. Rate of pay $14.50- $17.04 /hr. DOE.; Benefits, once eligibility requirements have been met, include vacation and sick leave, 401(K) Savings Plan (4% company matched), health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance.
