Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Field Service Intern at our Division Office in Denton, Texas for Summer 2020.
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
The Field Service Intern will assist and support all Regions and Division activities in the Field Service Group to improve dealer performance and customer uptime. The core responsibilities will be to support any service related program or system launch activities including but not limited to:
Assist with Parts Procurement
Conduct Invoice Reconciliations
Process Service Claims to Warranty Department
Warranty analysis for case support
Skills / Competencies:
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Business, Engineering, or related program and have completed their Sophomore year of College.
The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of Sophomore status.
