Job Description: The Maximize Your Benefits Pharmacy Technician works from home in a call center capacity. Prescription Savings Specialists educate members on how to maximize their pharmacy benefits by taking advantage of cost savings opportunities on their medications.
In this role you will:
- Educate members on alternative medications and opportunities for cost savings.
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Communicating with members that have received letters, text, emails and voicemails
- Drive health awareness with members through Rx Education
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license in Arizona.
- Must be able to become certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Technician in Training OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Home Office : a dedicated secure home workspace, and high-speed internet (minimum connection speed of 10m x 1m)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Mail Order Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience
- Experience working with insurance plans and Medicare
Additional Information:
- Work Hours: 8:30a - 5:00p (AZ), 9:00a - 5:30p (CST), 10:00a - 6:30p (EST)
