Position Overview: This position is responsible for serving as the In-game host and on-camera personality of the Washington Capitals at select preseason, regular season, and playoff home games during the 2019-20 Season.

Responsibilities:
During games, host will execute all on-ice and in-crowd promotions.
Attend all meetings and rehearsals related to game presentation.
Appear in public as one of the voices of the Washington Capitals at requested community, season ticket holder, and sponsored events including interviews with players, coaches, or hockey operations staff.
Positively interacting with members of the community at requested events.
Work all Washington Capitals home games and select community appearances.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of announcing/hosting experience.
Must demonstrate an on-camera presence, highlighting poise, professionalism, approach-ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
Carry oneself in a professional manner at all times, including on social media.
Ability to receive feedback and implement into performance.
Creative and innovative personality with ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
Self-starter, dedicated, and highly-motivated; great teammate.
Can create positive energy using both voice and body language.
Requires prolonged standing, sitting, and walking.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
