This would be for immediate hire going through the month of September. We are closed the week of July 4th and if hired before then would not pay the week we are closed.

There is not a high volume of customer service or order processing

Is the primary person working with the company’s customers

Handles billing, products, services and general concerns of the customers

Updates customer and billing database

Takes orders, carries-out order entry, posts checks to customer accounts.

Initiates collections on past-due accounts including collections calls

Works with other departments, especially the lab, to bring and resolve customer billing and product issues

Generates bills of lading and shares with shipping dept and others as needbe

Checks status of different orders with lab

Engages management over any problem encountered

Handles special billing situations

Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred

Payroll functions

Orders office supplies

Answers phone

Takes deposit weekly to bank
