Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering a multiple line phone system, redirecting calls. Assisting members with their accounts, processing payments and billings. Filing, processing and sorting outgoing and incoming mail. Inventory and ordering of our merchandise and office supplies. Data entry. Assisting with contracts.
2 plus years experience preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. You must have attention to detail, be organized and able to work in a fast pace environment with multiple interruptions throughout the day. The ability to work as a team but also take initiative when working independently.
