GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Responsibilities include creating monthly and quarterly analytical reports, overseeing and reporting on expenses related to the operational budget, delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external customers on behalf of the Senior Vice-President, serving as a liaison between the Senior Vice-President, senior staff and clients, and supporting the Human Resources Department for matters arising from Resolute Management Inc. (RMI) employees who service the business of RMI's clients.
1.Administrative duties include: organizing meeting presentations, calendaring, travel arrangements, office events, visitor requests, and correspondence for all RMI employees servicing the Liberty Mutual business.
2.Completes operational and executive monthly and quarterly reports in Excel.
3.Coordinates new employee/end of employment setups including IT requirements, desks, phones, and access badges for all RMI employees servicing the business handled out of the Dover, NH office.
4.Coordinates IT purchases, assists with offices issues regarding IT and maintains email distribution lists.
5.Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
6.Administrative oversight of Microsoft SharePoint sites, including adding/removing users.
7.Tracking and updating claim information on a daily basis requiring the daily use of Excel.
8.Monthly distribution of information to external customers with oversight provided by Claims Manager.

Flexible and willing to perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth overall operations of the Senior Vice President’s office.
Ability to plan and organize work activities and use time efficiently. Manage demandsand be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
Exceptional attention to detail, a good attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key characteristics for this position.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, detail oriented, adheres to deadlines and adjusts to meet changing priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting assigned deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical skills are essential, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to quickly figure out how to perform effectively in the face of unfamiliar tasks and more complex job responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting
Demonstrated ability with Excel
Access experience is a plus
Any experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
