Position Overview:

The Site Manager provides outstanding customer service in a corporate environment that is professional, fast-paced and dynamic. This person will supervise a team of 30 people, determine the best practices for maintaining high standards and efficiency, and work with all levels of employees from entry level to senior management.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • A customer service-based background focused on leading teams within an upscale hospitality or retail space. Create, implement and update best practices to streamline operations, standardize processes and enhance customer service.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills required to ensure progress in the face of challenges.
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills across various position levels within the organization: verbally, written and interpersonally.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role within a mail delivery, shipping/receiving and/or print environment preferred.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite services.
  • The Assistant Key Account Manager provides outstanding customer service, and manages all phases of each assigned project, from client implementation to final execution. Responsible for the daily activity of direct reports (20 to 25) team members, including HR functions, scheduling and archiving team members performance metrics.
