Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides administrative/secretarial support and assists in providing solutions for patients’ and visitors’ problems in a courteous and concerned manner. Handles sensitive matters as they arise in the absence of the Administrative Staff and according to hospital policy. Ensures that intra office matters are handled properly and works closely with hospital staff in satisfying the needs of Administration for appointments, meetings, and special requests. Maintains confidentiality of the office’s operations and decision-making processes.
What qualification you will need for this role:
High school graduate or GED required. Prefer additional training and education at the college level in office administration.
3 to 5 years administrative office/secretarial experience.
Strong computer skills are a must. Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction.
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
