Who are you?
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth. This role involves Salesforce administration, system integration, data management, reporting, user support, security, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in leveraging technology to achieve strategic business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders across the organization.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations.

Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Auditing and monitoring data and system rules to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for improvement. Developing strategies to handle discrepancies and data quality problems; performing manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required. Identifying opportunities to increase productivity through system utilization.

Creating and managing custom fields, dashboards, queues, page layouts, validation rules and custom workflows. Managing all new user set-ups and deactivations, including ongoing support requests, executing configuration changes as needed.

Working with functional groups; developing workflows, reports, dashboards, assignment rules and formula fields in web-based applications.

Developing and maintaining end user training documentation and delivering training. Monitoring user adoption rates and responding as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve.

Developing, testing, and implementing the use of leads within SFDC.

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

Proven experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), Platform AppBuilder, CPQ or Service Cloud are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent preferred.

Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.

Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transform, and load tools.

Basic understanding of APEX triggers and classes

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
