Duties: To assist Programs Staff with the assimilation of program documentation, development of correspondence, checking documents for accuracy, processing payments, maintaining spreadsheets, etc. Monitor and track commencement and expiration of agreements and prepare agreement modifications. Review contract obligating documents and assist in internal auditing of agreements. Work shall be completed in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsers, and Google Maps. Strong customer service skills and telephone skills. Protect confidential information. Successfully pass local and federal background checks.
Clean driving record. Functional knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc. Work independently. Knowledge of ArcView and agricultural / conservation programs is desired.
