ÉLAN ARTISTS is expanding and this is a great time to join the growing team. The Event Production & Details Coordinator will provide daily administrative and sales support to the sales team. The successful candidate will have prior experience either as an Administrative/Sales Assistant or event-related experience, and be a highly organized and self-motivated team player. Applicants must be willing and able to travel for site visits and/or events, with potential for additional travel once experience is established.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of event logistics while providing excellent client service to directly clients and event planners
- Computer management of client contracts, event calendar, and event checklists within established protocols
- Contracting musicians, small ensembles, and specialty performers
- Organizing travel arrangements as related to event logistics
- Creation of production documents for musicians and production team
- Sales Assistance
- Basic Office Assistance
- Attending site visits and walkthroughs at venues with event planners
- On site management of/assistance at events following introductory in-office training period
Job Requirements:
- Experience with event planning and/or client service is highly desirable.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and an impeccable work ethic
- Highly detail oriented with a strong ability to prioritize needs of the department
- Exceptional and precise verbal/written communication, follow through and interpersonal skills
- 3 days in-office with up to 2 remote after initial in-office training period
- Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and adjust to changing priorities constantly
- Must be a self-motivated, proactive problem solver and team player able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent typing skills, strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Docs required
- Strong technical aptitude
- Performance/Musical background or experience in events is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus

Salary: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
