Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, explain our services, and guide pet owners through the sales process. The ideal candidate has a passion for animals, strong sales skills, and is comfortable working in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to introduce QT Pet Transport’s services.
- Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the best transportation solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Manage incoming inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; pet industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for pets and a genuine understanding of pet owners’ needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
