We are looking for a contractor to create an HR dashboard in Workday for the Inclusion & Diversity team; automate reporting through building logic in Excel so that data can be dropped monthly to refresh the dashboard.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years data analyst/reporting experience (experience working with diversity and inclusion data is not required although it may be helpful)
- Experience creating and automating dashboards
- Strong Excel experience
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but we are willing to look at candidates with equivalent experience
- Workday and Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
