Job Summary: Responsible for assisting management with the development andimplementation of marketing communications and related campaigns andprograms that seek to achieve subscriber and revenue goals. Assists with the execution of Marketing Communications strategies, campaigns, andprograms. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Marketingstaff, business support, technical, and production staff who performtasks in the same function. Sets priorities for the team. Assigns tasksand checks work at regular intervals. Customarily and regularly directsthe work of at least two or more other full-time employees or theirequivalent.Employees at all levels are expect to: - Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for howyou do your job- Own the customer experience-think and act in ways that put ourcustomers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint,and make them promoters of our products and services- Know your stuff-be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of ourgame-changing technology, products and services, especially our digitaltools and experiences- Win as a team-make big things happen by working together and beingopen to new ideas- Be an active part of the Net Promoter System-a way of working thatbrings more employee and customer feedback into the company-by joininghuddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to dobetter for our customers- Drive results and growth- Respect and promote inclusion and diversity- Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and ourcommunitiesCore Responsibilities: - Collaborates with management to execute Marketing Communicationsstrategies to advertise the Company's new and existing products orservices across all media.- Provides direct supervision to Marketing Communication personnel andsupervises day-to-day activities associated with the creativedevelopment of all campaigns and programs.- Assists Manager with conducting meetings, managing budgets, andgenerating and submitting management reports.- Works with Public Relations and additional necessary parties ensureproject goals, timeline, and budget parameters are maintained.- Tracks, analyzes, and audits campaign and program activity.- Delegates tasks and projects to the team to ensure timely results.Monitors progress and provides guidance as appropriate.- Assists in the development and execution of all media plans.- Creates media schedules and manages copy rotation.- Conducts and analyzes research for implementation of media plans.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job Specification: - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent- Communications / Public Relations-- Generally requires 4-7 years related experience
