Job Responsibilities:
The Finance manager will be responsible for optimizing and maximizing the finance department. Their duties will include working closely with our GSM and desk managers, re-working prior deals and identifying ways to maximize every deal.
— Ensure all deals are in compliance with lender & dealership guidelines
— Oversee all turnovers and submissions
— Maximize approvals and be efficient with subprime rates
— Handle all customer complaints regarding finance
— Train and onboard any future finance staff
— Monitor & review financial performance daily
— Maintains good lender relations & add banks/warranty companies to our network
— Act in a timely manner if problems arise
— Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization
— Go over deals with lenders and works every deal diligently
Finance Manager Requirements
— Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
You will also work directly with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale, establish and meet monthly objectives, and check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
MUST HAVE SUBPRIME EXPERIENCE
Must be able to package and fund all deals in an expedicted manner
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
