What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to resource for our employer groups and individual clients, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries with finesse.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing requests and questions promptly and effectively.
- Handle all aspects of client communication, including billing and policy inquiries, with professionalism and care.
- Manage client accounts with accuracy, ensuring all enrollment changes and terminations are updated smoothly.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
