Avrio Surfaces, located in Redmond, WA (www.avriosurfaces.com) has been custom fabricating and installing granite, quartz and porcelain for over 15 years. Our core product offerings include: kitchen countertops, kitchen backsplashes, porcelain enclosures (showers and fireplaces).
We are now hiring for an enthusiastic sales professional that will tailor to new home builders. Our products are the best sought after products and services that sell on their own.
Qualifications!
- Must be extremely presentable in person, energetic, social and have great people skills.
- Communication skills, to clearly convey the benefits of the products to a potential customer.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people, building relationships and networking.
- Must be comfortable to ask for the sale.
- Past sales and/or hands on experience in construction or trades experience is desired.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Building a relationship, perform product demonstrations, ask assessment questions, meet objections and close the sales.
- Take accurate measurements of countertops, backsplash area, fireplace surrounds and shower surrounds.
- Provide quotes for potential customers.
- Able to read blueprints and take offs.
Compensation / Pay Structure:
- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
- Computer & Cell Phone provided.
- Car + Gas Card provided (miles reimbursed for training)
