A Customer Service Representative contract to hire assignment in Charlotte, NC is being recruited by Ajilon Professional Staffing.

Order Entry Representative Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and complete incoming quote requests for products and services
Enter purchase orders into the office system
Field inbound calls from customers
Respond to communications via phone and email
Communicate with various departments remotely to insure delivery of orders
Follow-up on requested inquiries

Order Entry Representative Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Coach-ability and a go-getter attitude
Two years of customer service experience
SAP Experience is a plus
Order entry experience is a plus
