DESCRIPTION: This team member accommodates hotel guests by making and confirming reservations, registering and assigning rooms to guests, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, presenting statements and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills with the ability to learn a specialized computer system in a fast paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to complete tasks independently without constant supervision. Must be available to work weekends (if needed), holidays, and have a flexible schedule working primarily day shift with possible evenings, if needed. Have outstanding customer service and a warm and friendly personality is a must. Prior hotel experience is a preferred! We are an equal opportunity employer that offers competitive pay.
The shifst we are looking for is primarily 3pm - 11pm . Shifts will vary between3-4 days per week.
