Manager, Project

Summary Description

The Project Manager will facilitate the optimization activities and functions, a service-orientated function at KEPRO. This role will be critical in supporting enterprise wide Operations by tracking and supporting strategies for excellent performance. This position collaborates with others to manage projects and optimization activities and support company standards related to process improvements. Project Manager, with strong, results driven experience and collaboration skills to ensure the success of the Center of Excellence.

Accountabilities

Leads the development and execution of project management plans for companywide optimization projects
Develop mechanism to measure, track, and illustrate projects’ savings
Supports a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
Works collaboratively with groups and division leaders to develop process improvement
Provides consistency across the enterprise for standardization and efficiency
Communicates routinely with Operations Leadership to ensure alignment across enterprise
Effectively negotiates and balances the needs of facility, division and group operations
Develops analytics surrounding project deliverables and business decision outcomes
Communicates timely and effectively in a matrix environment
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges internally and externally
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality and optimization criteria
Continue to develop internal relationships and developing KEPRO brand

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required and/or equivalent experience
Certified PMP, preferred
Six Sigma experience, preferred
Proven change agent; comfortable navigating through ambiguity and complexity; ability to swiftly mobilize team to meet changing demands.
Leverages deep expertise of competitive landscape and trends; encourages outside of the box thinking and consistently has finger on the pulse.
Demonstrates influential leadership; respects and incorporates the needs of stakeholders including brands, regions and functions.
Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team while effectively executing business strategies.
Excellent executive presence and presentation skills.

10 years of Project Manager experience with a strong passion for driving change
