  • Responsible for full-cycle AP process including scanning, coding, processing invoices and check requests.
  • Review all invoices and billings to ensure payable process is followed.
  • Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • File and maintain suppliers’ files and responsible for new vendor set-up.
  • Prepare weekly check runs and execute payments.
  • Review and process employee expense reimbursements weekly.
  • Review and process corporate credit card transactions.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed.
  • Responsible for preparation of 1099’s annually.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above and other duties may be assigned.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Minimum of high school degree required with college or vocational school in Accounting Principles.
  • 1-3 years combined experience in an Accounting function.
  • Construction industry experience a plus, but not required.


  • Able to multi-task regular job duties and special projects assigned.
  • Experience with high invoice volume preferred.
  • Organization and prioritization skills required.
  • Accurate data entry and 10-key experience required.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal required.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and software.
  • Experience with Viewpoint Construction Management Software a plus.


  • Able to work overtime on an as needed basis.
  • General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, bending.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
