Kellton Tech is a Digital Transformation consulting services company looking to hire a National Technology Sales Manager for its Digital Commerce and Marketing (DCM) practice. This position would require 100% travel across the continental US.

This technology sales manager position will be responsible for managing the complete sales-cycle from qualification, discovery, requirements gathering, proposal development, negotiations and contracts.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eCommerce background and understanding of B2B and B2C and Omni-Channel solutions. Asks qualification questions based on prospect pain points, displays effective listening, provides solutions to business problems enabled by technology; Is tenacious, maintains continuous contact with prospects and clients to establish need(s); Demonstrates effectiveness in solution selling as opposed to product selling.

Position requires 100% travel. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US.


B.A., B.S., or other related field or equivalent work experience


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated sales experience across integration technologies for companies in the $500 million to $3 billion range and above.
  • Quota attainment equivalent to $2-3 million per annum that includes net-new customers along with extension business.
  • Prior software selling experience working with indirect channel sales.
  • Experience across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Hybris, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) and B2B commerce.
  • Exhibit effectiveness in customer-facing meetings and live engagements.
  • Excellence in building senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in business development and lead qualification.
  • Ability to maintain a pipeline of 20-30 active prospects and ability to convert 6-8 customers per year averaging 2 net-new logos per quarter.
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM to manage assigned territory.
  • Industry experience across Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Insurance, and Banking sectors.
