Lead Retail Sales Representative - DoorDash Driver Acquisition

Location: Lakeline Mall

An opportunity to work with GetSales supporting our partnership with DoorDash, one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world. DoorDash is a dominant force in the gig economy - it is the largest food delivery app in North America and it is our largest client. We need an experienced team leader who is talented at sales and excels at managing people to help us drive growth for DoorDash. This is your chance to gain invaluable sales experience as well as leadership skills and build your network with successful tech companies like DoorDash.

What you'll do:
Lead a successful sales team responsible for exceeding driver acquisition goals for DoorDash.
Develop your team into stellar sales associates via personal, professional and sales development.
Act as a role model for all sales reps at your location.
Drive sales performance through coaching and training.
Achieve personal sales goals as well as assist sales associates with closing sales and customer service.
Handle escalations of more difficult support interactions.
Help operate weekly trainings and company meetings to review performance and stay up to date with the new products and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs, and ultimately drive positive change.

What we are looking for in you:
1-year minimum sales experience.
A proven leader in management with a track record of developing a sales team.
Outgoing - naturally extroverted, you are a people person, you love meeting and talking to new people.
Self-motivated - thrive in a fast-paced environment with startup hustle, energy, and ambition.
Sales rockstar - experience selling to people; not afraid to start conversations and ultimately close deals.
Results-driven - experience leveraging systems and processes, accurately forecasting, and coaching sales reps accordingly.
Problem solver - the ability to quickly adapt and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for the needs of customers and Sales Operations.
