We encourage women to feel confident, take control, and discuss their sex lives openly, without shame, judgment, or double standards. With a team of writers, Slutty Girl Problems provides original humor, educated advice and guides, and sex-positive resources. We engage followers with a large social media presence, weekly email newsletter, and member’s community. This year, we are launching a new site, podcast, and workshop. Through our powerful message, interactive community, and engaging multi-media experience, Slutty Girl Problems has become a leading voice in a modern sex-positive feminist movement.

We are currently seeking a sex-positive, dynamic, and experienced Freelance Social Media Manager who can operate both creatively and strategically for SGP and related brands. We pride ourselves on our open, collaborative, and supportive environment - and we look forward to meeting you!


  • Responsible for full-cycle management of all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, and Pinterest
  • Responsible for the execution and monitoring of all social media promotions and giveaways for SGP, related brands, and affiliate partners
  • Assist with content generation - mainly adapting creative ideas or posts into actionable, engaging social media content with measurable results
  • Create, crop and edit social media photos, videos, memes if needed.
  • Plan and present social media content calendar monthly that includes input from the creative team
  • Monitoring of social media metrics to ensure that content is performing optimally, with the ability to make adjustments as needed
  • Regularly report on social media content performance and social media KPIs.


  • Minimum one year in social media management, preferably in the female empowerment or wellness space
  • Graphic design skills preferred
  • Experience with PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat, and HootSuite preferred
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Must have the ability to multitask, stay organized and take ownership of the entire social media function for SGP
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of social media metrics, platforms and tracking a must
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a collaborative environment
