We are seeking a full time marketplaces manager with experience managing and growing brands on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jet and more. Our Ideal candidate has developed relations with category managers at leading online marketplaces in the USA and potentially overseas.
Many of our clients will be coming to the USA market for the first time or needing to improve their presence here. Ability to understand sourcing product through selling and marketing it will be key.
The remaining clients tend to be specialty niche and need additional exposure through traditional but also many niche marketplaces.
You will start as a department of 1, but you should quickly and readily be designing your job and department to add additional people to execute your strategic plans. You will be working with one of the founders with over 20 years of online marketplaces experience to flesh out a long term position.
Develop and Maintain Relationships with Category Managers for Key Online Marketplaces
Develop and Implement onboarding and Growth Strategies for our clients products on marketplaces
Work with client accounts to set, meet and exceed sales goals
Manage end to end profitability for our clients
Work with our 3PL and Logistics Division to get the best end to end solution
Work with Graphics and Marketing Teams to develop EBC and A+ Content for Amazon
Open new Channels for clients in the USA
Develop relationships with Niche marketplaces
Develop Cross Border Strategies to Bring Brands from other Countries to the USA
Find Brands interested in selling through online marketplaces in Asia, Middle East and Europe
Work with and Manage Partner Relationships for Cross Border Marketplace Expansion
Monthly Reviews with Client Accounts and Development of Reporting
Use of Marketplace Analytics to develop cross channel strategies.
