Description:
This position is directly responsible for all aspects inside the kitchen either directly or indirectly. To ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency in an environment that is clean, safe and positive for all employees. It is your responsibility to monitor, communicate and follow up on progress of food and people with action plans and fair professional communication. All employee communications are designed to promote consistent and fair treatment of all employees. Maintain all equipment and kitchen cleanliness standards at or above company expectations and local health department requirements.

Specific Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Product inventories managed by ordering through company designated vendors
Kitchen cleanliness maintained utilizing company cleaning standards and guidelines
Efficient execution of service through each meal period
Food quality maintenance through recipes adherence, accuracy of ordering, line execution
Demos of weekly food specials for both back and front of the house employees
Ensuring proper training for all new and existing employees prior to working station unsupervised
Employee development through bi-annual performance reviews and consistent feedback
Leadership:
Demonstrates personality traits consistent with our company values and commitment
Supportive approach to our company goals and any individual location goals as they arise
Able to hold each employee and sous chef accountable and responsible for their job performance

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
