  • Answer Emails/Phone calls from new and current clients
  • Keep up with daily Website Inquiries & Phone Calls
  • Scheduling Appointments for existing clients
  • Receiving payments from clients
  • Drafting layouts for clients
  • Addressing questions for existing clients
  • Keeping up with client files and requests
  • Mediating between clients and vendors/staff
  • Filing, organizing, tidying up

Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year of office administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, speaking and writing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (both in-person and over the phone)
  • Basic mathematics knowledge
  • Computer Savvy (E-Mail, Calendar, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Social Media, Photoshop is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
