Looking for a highly motivated individual. Someone that can take a task list and get it completed with minimal supervision. Someone that is resourceful and knows how to navigate through the internet to get work done and completed.

Job Description:

- Manage current systems to keep all documents up to date with compliance and audits

- Manage list of current clients and provide support

- Marketing (online, mail and phone)

- Basic accounting and payroll requests

- Managing of online social media

- Handle day to day activities and tasks

Requirements:

- Proficient in both English and Spanish (Verbal and written)

- Comfortable using a laptop and basic Microsoft programs

- Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)

- Having reliable vehicle, phone and computer

- Get it done attitude

- Available to take calls at all times and days

- Available for light traveling
