Extremely busy collision repair facility. We pride ourselves on great customer service, great estimating practices and high profit. We are highly process driven. We believe the customer comes first, so our facility does not have any DRP’s. We have partnered with 10+ area dealerships and believe in following OEM recommendations. We are looking for team members who have drive, knowledge, confidence and a customer based mindset.
Responsibilities:
Completely disassemble vehicle as needed to prepare comprehensive repair plan
Bag and tag all miscellaneous parts in an organized manner
Make decisions on repair vs replace considering safety & cost, to restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition
Involve all related departments necessary
Assist/work with the estimator evaluating damage to vehicle
Requirements:
Minimum 3 yrs collisions technician experience
Valid driver’s license
High attention to detail
I-car training a plus
Training and knowledge of OEM repair procedures
Must be willing to attend employer paid offsite OEM training
