Unique catering company servicing private jets for a very VIP clientele. Our customers expect the highest level of service from the quality and presentation of the catering to the accuracy and timeliness of the delivery.
Our operation is very different from a restaurant or hotel atmosphere. Early morning and afternoon shifts. We are looking for people with a positive attitude who are reliable, flexible and team players. You must have the ability to work at a fast pace.
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional chef who can prep, cook & plate all menu items according to our standards. Creative ideas are always welcome in our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Quick, organized and accurate cooking skills
- Prepare all items according to standards while providing creative ideas
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shift
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Must work well with others
- Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
- Minimum 2 years experience in upscale restaurant or high volume catering company
- Florida Drivers License
