Merakey is seeking an Executive Director of Education to join our Education and Autism division


Provide oversight of multiple assigned programs/areas, with Program Directors responsible for managing day to day operations.
Manage and resolve critical issues.
Responsible for profit and loss performance.
Ensuring implementation of and compliance with policies, standard operating models and trainings, and ongoing adherence to models.
Reviews PQI and Outcomes Data and participate in QI/QCO process. In collaboration with QCO, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed to ensure performance standards are met/exceeded.
Collaboration with Executive Director of Policy, Program Fidelity, and Staff Development to ensure support needs are met (quality, training, policy development, and community outreach).
Collaborate with Vice President of Operations and the Vice President of Business Development to identify new business opportunities in targeted areas and support the development process.
Collaborate with Corporate Departments for support with communications, marketing, community outreach, facility, and human resource needs.
In-depth contract review (in collaboration with Executive Director of Policy, Program Fidelity, and Staff Development) to ensure understanding of and compliance with service requirements and implement changes as needed to meet contract requirements (e.g. billing, etc.).

The Merakey Education and Autism Division focuses on a continuum of care throughout the lifespan. The core, fundamental principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are incorporated into a specialized approach across all service offerings. This division is supported by a senior management team of highly qualified professionals that provide training, supervision, guidance, and support to each of our specialized programs. This team is comprised of decades of expertise in education, autism, and behavioral health experiences.

Merakey opened their very first Licensed Private Academic School for students on the Autism Spectrum in the fall of 2005. Since inception, the Education and Autism Services have grown across the state of Pennsylvania providing support for all individuals across the lifespan.

Work Schedule
Master's Degree in Human Services or Education is required.
Advanced Education is preferred. 3-5 years experience in the field is required.
Frequent travel, may include out of state based on assigned areas of oversight.
Non-traditional/flexible schedule is a must.
Eligible candidates are preferred to have Supervisory Experience, Curriculum Certification, and/or a Highly Qualified Certification.
