The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will be responsible for guiding the strategic success and tactical implementation across 3 ecommerce websites. The successful candidate will be involved in ongoing site performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates via testing, optimization, and measurement. Specific responsibilities may include the following:

Essential Duties:
Site Optimization: Search, linking, URLs, Robot files, Site maps, tag management

Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan

Increase conversion rates by continuously improving user experience, check-out flow, cart abandonment call-to-actions, click through rate and other key conversion points

Perform site performance analytics and develop solutions to improve performance

Identify opportunities to decrease Customer Support Center call volume via search results analysis

Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses

Continually identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to resolve business process issues impacting cart abandonment

Spearheads and iterates an overall optimization program for entire site’s funnel

Create monthly test result reporting

Monitors industry trends and new product offerings to stay up-to-speed and ahead of the competition

Proficient in digital marketing and website design

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
The ideal candidate is experienced with:
A/B testing

Reporting/tracking tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console

SEO optimization platforms (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc)

Experience/Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent combination of education/relevant experience.
