Our TX Heavy Highway Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration and management of subcontractors
  • Assist in change orders
  • Exposure to job cost reporting and analysis
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans
  • Plan, diagram, and lay-out work
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety policies
  • Read and understand plans and specifications
  • Plan and communicate with purchasing personnel and supervisor to assure that an adequate supply of tools, materials and equipment are available
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written. Spanish speaking is plus but not required.
  • At least three years of experience with bridge work..
  • Must have valid license and legal US resident paperwork.
  • Previous experience/knowledge forming up columns, caps, abutments, and decking a bridge
  • Must be able to read blue prints
