Job Overview
I am seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality patient in home care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation and experience in geriatric and dementia care. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with four other CNA's to deliver 24/7 exceptional one on one care for my father.
Duties
- Assist my father with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, vital signs, and medical records.
- Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
- Utilize medical records and physiology knowledge to make informed decisions about patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida.
- Experience working in long-term care facilities, home care, or inpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care and dementia care principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for improving the lives of others.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
