As a part of the Dealer Credit Administration Management team, the Dealer Credit Analyst II oversees the process of completing dealer wholesale inventory audits and/or, leads the team responsible for administration of consumer dealer accounts and ensures strict adherence to company risk management policies and guidelines. Responsibilities may include dealer interface/service; developing and driving a culture of continuous improvement; concentrating on areas of risk and loss prevention. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert to internal and external customers/matrix partners. Customarily and regularly exercises independent judgment. Provides direction/leadership to Dealer Credit Administration Management team.

Enhance profitability: Seek and act on opportunities to reduce operating costs. Ensure expenses are properly allocated to appropriate cost center. Continuously review and update process maps.
Adhere to company policies/procedures and escalate any matters that are not compliant.
Follow departmental processes to ensure established metrics are achieved, dealer and matrix partners' expectations are met and loss exposure is mitigated. Provide stakeholders frequent status updates and solicit feedback. Proactively work to resolve internal conflicts and develop effective working relationships.
Manage Audit Administration: Ensure audit instructions and Ally policies are kept current and procedures are followed. Oversee the audit processes to ensure timely process flow, accurate completion and prompt communication of results to monitoring group.
HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
4 + years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
Prior leadership experience is needed.
Education may be used as a proxy for experience.
Ability to perform technical based activities
Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
Strong analytic/problem solving skills required
