Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Part-Time (15 hrs/wk) Urgent Care Addiction Clinician in Worcester.

Behavioral Health Addiction Urgent Care (BHAUC) is a center for individuals suffering from substance use disorder and mental illness. The program is a gateway to getting clients in needed treatment for addiction and/or mental crisis by providing an evaluation, bed search and support from our team. Behavioral Health Addiction Urgent Care is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the multidisciplinary team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
Attend all trainings required consistent with the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, Department of Public Health, Mission model and Community Healthlink regulations.
Work closely with MMAT clinical team (Recovery Coach, Nurse and Psychiatrist) to coordinate services.
Conduct screenings and comprehensive intake assessments, Mental Status Exams, Risks Assessments and Substance.
Use screening to determine eligibility.
Provide short term clinical crisis intervention service.
Obtain proper authorization for certain levels of care.
Clinical assessment and disposition to appropriate care.
Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.

Qualifications
Grade 7- Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Grade 8- Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist

Minimum of 2 years related experience
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
