Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years professional experience in strategy, consulting or business operations.
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Experience managing individuals and leading large cross-functional teams.
Effective leadership presence, with the ability to inspire across all levels of the organization and a track record of influencing senior leaders through judgment and data.
Demonstrated business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
Ability to think big and systemically, with a bias to action and extraordinary attention to detail.

We are the product and business experts behind the GCS sales teams responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through data-driven analyses, develop business cases for those opportunities, drive alignment with stakeholders across organizations (Sales, Product, Marketing), and program manage these cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success.

Accelerate business growth, by developing the product and go-to-market strategy in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams.
Build a sustainable business strategy with a focus on solutions built for Retail SMBs.
Develop data-driven segmentation models and synthesize feedback from customers to drive quarterly product priorities and identification of new business opportunities.
Ensure clear commitment and alignment on Product and Marketing plans that deliver value to customers and a seamless end-customer experience as measured by retention, CSAT, other metrics.
Partner closely with third-party teams including Channel Sales and Business Development to identify commerce partner opportunities and critical integration requirements to unlock merchant growth via a third-party-first path to market.
