The Wolfe University Center (WUC) is seeking a student to join their team of professionals. WUC staff members operate with a high degree of autonomy in the area of facilities operations and event support. The role of the Facility Assistant is to meet the needs of all WUC guests and customers through the facilitation of office/furniture moves, meeting room setups, and the maintenance of a clean facility as needed. Additionally, the Facility Assistant is responsible for providing customer service for WUC customers and guests and assisting the Operations Manager and WUC leadership as needed.
Federal Work Study

Flexibility and problem solving ability.
The event services must have the ability and willingness to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to lift upwards to 40 pounds and stand for long periods at a time.
Who May Apply
Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study as part of their Financial Aid Award package. Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate.
